How long does it take to get a registration email from ELF? I want to buy my eyeliner already!

Right, I need some help. Could anyone recommend a good concealer (preferably one I can get in the UK) that is suitable for people with eczema? The one I use at the moment is rubbish for my skin and I simply cannot go out with red eyes!
